• Manage SAP FICO projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
• KSeF Implementation
  • Supervise KSeF rollout, including structured invoice requirements and XML field mapping.
• JPK CIT Implementation
  • Lead JPK CIT compliance, map accounting structures, and configure ERP for reporting requirements.
• System Analysis
  • Analyze client SAP systems and processes to align with KSeF and JPK CIT regulations.
• Process Configuration
  • Prepare and configure necessary SAP system settings, adjustments, and customizations.
• Documentation
  • Create detailed protocols, field mapping sheets, and configuration documentation for client solutions.
• Testing & Workshops
  • Conduct configuration testing, lead client workshops, and manage production deployment.
• Integration Support
  • Ensure SAP FICO works seamlessly with other ERP modules and external systems.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and solution adaptation.
• Provide specialized knowledge in finance and controlling, covering Polish and Central European regulations.
• Accounting Standards
  • Apply expertise in local laws, IFRS, and US GAAP to system configuration and reporting.
• Module Expertise
  • Work across SAP modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, BK, CC, PC, PA, PC, and ML.
• Solution Optimization
  • Advise clients on best practices and improvements for ERP finance processes.
• Identify and resolve configuration, process, or compliance issues efficiently.

• SAP Finance & Tax Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and tax processes within SAP FICO.
• Project Implementation
  • Proven experience leading SAP finance module implementations or system configuration projects.
• Regulatory Knowledge
  • Understanding of local financial regulations, structured invoices, and tax reporting requirements.
• Process & System Analysis
  • Strong ability to analyze, map, and optimize finance and controlling processes.
• Integration Skills
  • Knowledge of ERP module integration and cross-module dependencies.
• Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards.
• Testing & Workshops
  • Experience conducting system testing, client workshops, and production deployment.
• Documentation Skills
  • Ability to prepare detailed process documentation and configuration records.
• Problem-Solving
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in finance system environments.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Module Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with SAP GL, AP, AR, AA, BK, CC, PC, PA, PC, and ML.
• ERP Process Optimization
  • Capable of advising and improving financial ERP processes for clients.
• KSeF / JPK CIT Knowledge
  • Experience implementing solutions aligned with local e-invoicing and tax reporting requirements.
• Production Support
  • Ability to support ERP solutions post-implementation and resolve operational issues.
