Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Siliguri for an Event Management Faculty. The role involves delivering comprehensive and well-researched lectures in event management, developing and enhancing the curriculum to keep it aligned with industry trends, and mentoring students to help them achieve their academic and professional goals. Additionally, the faculty will engage students in practical learning and guide them in individual and group projects to boost their technical and managerial skills.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching, with an ability to engage and inspire students.
Experience in Curriculum Development with a focus on event management and related disciplines.
Strong Research skills, with the ability to analyze industry trends and apply them to teaching methods.
Knowledge of Marketing concepts in the context of event management and their practical applications.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills to support the development of students.
A master's degree in Event Management, Business, or a relevant field is preferred.
Prior teaching or professional experience in event management is highly desirable.
