Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate  Soft Skills Trainer  with a background in  English language teaching . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering interactive and impactful training sessions on communication, personality development, and workplace etiquette, with a strong focus on improving English proficiency and soft skills of learners.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging training sessions on soft skills such as:
Communication (verbal and written)
Presentation skills
Body language and public speaking
Teamwork and collaboration
Time management and goal setting
Interview preparation and business etiquette
Incorporate English language learning techniques into soft skill modules to improve fluency, vocabulary, and grammar.
Conduct needs assessments and customize training content accordingly; use assessment results to measure progress and adapt pedagogy.
Develop training materials, interactive handouts, rubrics, and assessments; create measurable learning objectives and outcomes.
Monitor progress of trainees and provide regular, actionable feedback; maintain learner records and progress reports.
Coordinate with academic or HR teams for scheduling, stakeholder reporting, and alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct workshops, webinars, blended-learning sessions, and one-on-one coaching; apply adult learning principles and varied delivery modes.
Evaluate training effectiveness using simple evaluation frameworks (e.g., feedback surveys, pre/post assessments, basic Kirkpatrick level measures).

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
Strong command of spoken and written English; ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and everyday workplace communication.
Demonstrated classroom or online training delivery experience (relevant teaching or training experience; minimum 1 year).
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners of different ages and proficiency levels.
Ability to design assessments, evaluate learner progress, and provide constructive coaching.
Basic digital literacy: comfortable using video-conferencing tools (Zoom/Google Meet) and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides).

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience as an English faculty/trainer (2+ years).
Certifications such as TESOL/TEFL/CELTA, or training certifications in soft skills/corporate training.

Experience with curriculum or assessment design, corporate training exposure, or working with diverse learner groups.
Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Google Classroom or equivalent), learning analytics, and basic content creation tools (Canva, simple audio/video recording/editing).
Strong organizational skills for course planning, scheduling, and reporting.
