The Role

The Senior Operations Executive will lead end-to-end field and logistics operations, driving efficiency and ensuring smooth coordination between manpower, fleet, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide multiple site teams to ensure SOP adherence.
Manage route planning, fleet scheduling, and manpower productivity.
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and authorities for timely execution.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.
Mentor field teams for continuous performance improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in solid waste management or logistics operations.
Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Excel and operational dashboards.

Skills & Competencies

Team leadership and field management.
Data analysis and MIS preparation.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Understanding of B2C/B2B logistics, supply chain, warehouse, and delivery operations.
