Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for the timely completion, review, and verification of all financing documents required to complete sales of new and pre-owned vehicles. This role also serves as the final backstop in the deal process.

Pay Scale:

• Base Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.05
• Commission:
  Based on the value or amount of closed sales, with no upper limit
• Production Bonus:
  Based on individual or team performance, ranging from $0.00 with no fixed upper limit

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process financing documents accurately and promptly for all sales transactions.
• Receive and provide receipts for all down payment funds, counting cash with another manager present.
• Disclose financial information to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Establish and manage relationships with banking and lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates.
• Support the sales team by monitoring performance and providing training on financing and lease programs.
• Sell vehicle service contracts and aftermarket products such as tire and wheel protection, GAP, etc.
• Validate manufacturer financial programs, incentives, and rebates for eligibility.
• Explain financing options, warranties, and dealership policies to customers to enhance understanding and satisfaction.
• Assist the Finance Director with forecasting to meet income and penetration goals.
• Manage Contracts in Transit to be less than five days.
• Train designated backups to ensure continuous efficiency and profitability.
• Meet or exceed monthly retail sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Adhere to work schedule, safety protocols, dress code, and safeguard customer and dealer information.
• Promote a positive organizational culture and accountability within the department.
