Environmental Scientist

Signal Hill, CA

• Opportunity to serve as technical lead on environmental assessment and remediation projects
• Write and review technical reports and proposals
• Prepare and deliver marketing presentations
• Assist with project management activities
• Contribute to successful business development of new clients and projects
• Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product

• BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or other related field.
• 2+ years of experience providing environmental consulting services including technical writing, technical oversight, and project management for a variety of types of projects
• Soil, gas, and groundwater sampling
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and a good record and understanding of safe work practices
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with job cost accounting

Annual Expected Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $95,000 USD
