Compensation: $67,000 – $86,000 (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Intensive Care Nurse Registered Nurse (ICU RN) to join our team in Southeastern Arizona. In this role, you will be the backbone of patient care, utilizing your clinical expertise to drive quality outcomes. You will work within a systematized, high-performance environment that prioritizes operational excellence and 2026 Joint Commission standards.

• Clinical Excellence: Provide exceptional direct patient care, including comprehensive assessments and the development of personalized care plans.
• Treatment & Care: Administer medications and treatments with precision, monitoring patient responses closely.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient recovery and safety.
• Documentation: Maintain rigorous, accurate records in compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Education: Empower patients and their families through clear, empathetic education regarding treatment and wellness.

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

  Proven expertise in patient assessment, medication administration, and care plan execution.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead patient education initiatives.
• Experience: 2-3 years of previous experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
