Hiring Acute Care Registered Nurses (Med Tele / Med Surg RN) to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adult patients in an acute care medical-surgical and/or telemetry unit. The Acute Care RN will manage a variety of medical conditions, support telemetry monitoring as required, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate documentation and patient education.

This position requires strong assessment skills, time management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to adult acute care patients on Med Surg and/or Med Tele units
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and recognize clinical deterioration promptly
• Provide telemetry monitoring as needed and report rhythm changes to providers
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per physician orders and protocols
• Coordinate with physicians, case management, PT/OT, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide patient and family education including discharge planning and medication teaching
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital quality standards
• Participate in shift handoffs, rounding, and unit-based performance improvement initiatives

• Education:
  
  Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) - Required
• License:
  Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License - Required
• Experience:
  
  1-2 years of RN experience required (Med Surg/Telemetry preferred)

• Experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care, or Acute Care inpatient units
• Telemetry rhythm interpretation skills
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Strong teamwork and ability to prioritize in high census/high acuity units
• Comfortable caring for multiple patients with diverse medical needs
