Fractional Head of Sales, Dynamic People Leader, Enterprise Client Champion, Strategist ProWe’re a family-owned Pepsi bottler in southeastern Arizona seeking a Sr Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager to lead one of our key market locations. This role oversees all aspects of beverage selling and delivery operations — with a focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations across sales, merchandising and delivery teams
- Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Mentor and develop the sales staff and supervisory leadership
- Manage budgets and KPIs
- Champion process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years in beverage sales operations leadership
- Strong background in sales, distribution, and team development
- Experience with Pepsi-Cola or Coca-Cola preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools, and financial reporting
- A collaborative, strategic, and hands-on leader
