Chiropractor Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support to our chiropractic providers. This role supports efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, and continuity of services across clinic locations.

The Chiropractic Assistant assists with patient care during chiropractic visits, supports documentation and scheduling, facilitates prior authorizations, and provides cross-coverage as a Patient Service Representative (PSR) as needed.

Compensation: $36,243.96 - $44,398.85

• Assist providers during patient exams and treatments and prepare examination rooms and equipment.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and medications in the EMR.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and health maintenance.
• Support proactive patient scheduling and facilitate prior authorizations.
• Communicate patient concerns to providers in a timely manner.
• Provide front desk support including check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and co-pay collection when covering PSR duties.
• Perform general administrative tasks and support clinic workflows.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Participate in clinic meetings, training, and quality improvement activities.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Two (2) years of clinical or community health center experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
