Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (unpaid 1-hour lunch)
2 clinic days per week and 3 surgery days per week
No call coverage
Position Overview:
This Urology locums role includes a mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities with strong APP support in clinic. Admissions are required. Facility can accommodate multiple providers.
Daily Breakdown / Responsibilities:
25-30 patients per shift
Surgical days and clinic days split weekly
Facility Details:
10-bed facility
Hospital Stroke Certified
Trauma Level I / V
EMR: UHS Cerner
Requirements:
Board Certified in Urology (required)
Active Arizona License required; IMLC accepted
Fellowship preferred
ACLS required
