Overview
We are seeking a skilled Urology Physician to support a busy clinic with both in-office procedures and surgical cases. The role involves working two days in clinic and three days performing surgeries, with no call coverage required. This position offers an excellent chance to showcase your procedural proficiency in a well-supported setting, featuring a high-functioning APP team and efficient workflow. The schedule runs weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with an unpaid hour for lunch, providing a balanced work environment designed to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Valid Arizona medical license with no restrictions
• Proven experience in urological procedures and outpatient clinic management
• Strong procedural skills with the ability to perform various urological surgeries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to maintaining a clean professional history and adhering to all regulatory standards

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience in locum or temporary positions
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
• Additional certifications in urological subspecialties

Preferred Education and Experience

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency practice in urology
• Active Arizona medical license and DEA certification

Other Requirements

• Active Arizona medical license and appropriate certifications
• Ability to provide supporting documentation for timesheet entries, including details for callback and overtime hours
• Overtime hours require pre-approval; hours over 40 per week will be considered overtime
• Ability to work scheduled hours with potential requirements for travel or additional reimbursements, as applicable

Compensation is competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
