Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Drywall Taper located in Sierra Vista, AZ. The Drywall Taper will be responsible for preparing drywall surfaces by sealing joints, repairing cracks, and smoothing imperfections. Daily tasks include applying tape and compound, sanding surfaces, and ensuring walls and ceilings are ready for painting. The role requires attention to detail, proper handling of tools, and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Framing and Carpentry
- Expertise in Plastering and Drywall techniques
- Experience in Remodeling projects
- Background in Commercial Construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry
- Prior experience with residential and/or commercial construction is a plus
