Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., during the Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots and store floors are hard surfaces.
• Shifts vary, generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders, and operate store equipment.
• Read, write, and count accurately; handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Operate equipment like forklifts if trained and age-appropriate.
