Warehouse Operations Manager

Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety and Quality Assurance policies. Supervise warehouse staff and operations to maintain shipping, receiving, & inventory procedures in warehouse facility. Enhance department and organization reputation by leading warehouse staff and taking ownership of responsibilities.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple facilities, ensuring consistency in processes and performance.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate warehouse leads and staff at each facility.
• Responsible for employment decisions, Safety compliance, and training of warehouse personnel across all sites.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety across facilities.
• Ensure shipments are completed accurately and on time by monitoring order processing, picking, packing, and shipping activities at all locations.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by overseeing stock control, transfers, and replenishment across facilities.
• Standardize and enforce quality service and organizational standards across all sites.
• Ensure each warehouse maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Analyze operational data and prepare consolidated reports for senior management.
• Monitor equipment usage, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Travel between facilities as needed to provide leadership, training, and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The Warehouse Operations Manager is qualified based on combined education, experience, skills and on the job training.

Associates or equivalent preferred, but a combination of education, skills, and experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

5+ years of warehouse experience, 2+ years warehouse management experience. Experience in related industry a plus.

• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Other basic computer skills & calculating skills.
• Must have excellent English communication skills
• Integrity & Teamwork.
• Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs.

The Warehouse Operations Manager is expected to complete training and maintain competence in all relevant Company systems, processes and platforms.
