Overview

Responsibilities
  • Contributes to identifying new business opportunities within the territory and building relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Ensures successful launch and execution of projects.
  • Works with Sales Manager to grow business within their region.
  • Oversees financial management and planning for territory’s project costs including and not limited to utilization rate, overtime, supplies and travel.
  • Ensures training programs and project documentations are accurate and complete.
  • Reviews paperwork sent to customers.
  • Monitors receiving and shipping activities at project locations.
  • Facilitates tours and customer visits.
  • Reviews projects for evidence that best practices are being implemented, applied effectively and understood at all levels.
  • Assists in developing company procedures and advocate compliance.
  • Serves as liaison between the customer and project team.
  • Manages location teams and administrative staff.
  • Ensures compliance with quality requirements throughout performance of duties.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years management and supervisory experience of salaried and hourly personnel.
  • Working knowledge of corporate budgeting and financial management processes.
  • Ability to listen/communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills in order to establish, implement, control and revise projects.
  • Experience in handling customer and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Available to work hours based on business needs.
  • For internal candidates, have satisfactory job performance (not on a corrective action).
