Accountant, Accounting Manager, Financial Analyst

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

• Prepare and submit accurate owner billings in accordance with contractual requirements
• Ensure job costs are processed correctly and in compliance with internal control standards
• Proactively identify and communicate potential financial risks
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with third‑party subcontractors
• Partner closely with project management teams to support exceptional client service and timely payment
• Independently manage projects with complex contractual requirements, including certified payroll reporting, diversity and inclusion participation, prevailing wage, and TIF compliance
• Prepare cost‑plus, cost‑plus GMP, and lump‑sum billings
• Ensure all allowable costs are billed accurately and on time
• Track and manage subcontractor lien waivers
• Coordinate the billing process with project teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
