Provide Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer;
Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures;
Stock handling: recovery of merchandise, plan-o-gram procedures, assembling merchandise, merchandising tasks;
Perform janitorial duties and price changes/markdowns;
Operate forklift and cardboard baler (where age permitted) and assist customers with loading purchases
