As an OR RN, you’ll manage patient flow through the surgical suite with vigilance and poise. Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating, maintaining a sterile field, assisting surgeons and anesthesia teams, preparing instruments and supplies, performing accurate counts, positioning and prepping patients, documenting perioperative details, and monitoring vital signs and patient responses throughout procedures.
