A growing and successful accountancy practice based in Sidmouth is looking to recruit an Accounts and Tax Semi Senior (or AAT Technician level). The role offers increasing responsibility, technical skill development, and support for further qualifications.

You will join the team as an Accounts and Tax Semi Senior, taking on year‑end accounts preparation, personal and corporate tax, management accounts, VAT, bookkeeping, and payroll. Your responsibilities will increase as you develop within the firm, with support for further qualification progress.

Ideal candidates may be AAT qualified or studying at Level 3 or 4, or have gained experience solely through work. Experience at the Accounts and Tax Semi Senior or AAT Technician level of at least two to three years is expected. A background in year‑end accounts, tax, bookkeeping, VAT, or payroll is required. Study support for ACCA/ACCA or other qualifications is available.
