Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician (AST)
Location: Sidcup / Welling / Petts Wood / Croydon / Wimbledon
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Payment: £40,593.78 Total Salary as above.

• Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Deliver reactive and planned catering and bakery equipment maintenance.
• Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests and repairs.
• Complete general repairs and maintenance to customer sites as designated by City management.
• Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager with regarding suitable replacement.

• Essential: NVQ Level 3/City guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance.
• City and Guilds 18th Edition.
• AM2 / 2391.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience using a PDA system.
• Ability to maintain and repair a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment (commercial catering/bakery).
• Carried out PPM and reactive maintenance within a similar retail environment.
