Trainee Sales Negotiator – Sidcup
Basic Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 + Commission
OTE: £35,000

We’re looking for a confident, motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate agency team in Sidcup. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to learn, develop strong sales skills and build a long‑term future within the property industry.

• Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties

• Booking and conducting property viewings

• Liaising with vendors and purchasers

• Negotiating offers

• Supporting the sales team with general day‑to‑day duties

• Building strong relationships with clients

• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Full training will be provided, so previous estate agency experience is not required — just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Every other Saturday: 8:45am – 3:00pm

• 5‑day working week

• Basic Salary: £20,000 – £24,000

• Commission structure

• On Target Earnings in the region of £35,000

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

• Own vehicle (essential)
