This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to secure a permanent weekday-only role within a manufacturer-approved accident repair operation offering outstanding earning potential, real job security, and flexible working hours.

With a basic salary of up to £50,000, a proven bonus scheme averaging £6,000–£7,000, and no weekend working, it’s easy to see why interest has been exceptionally high - especially with just one vacancy available at each site in Sidcup and Forest Hill.

Responsibilities

* Carry out high-quality panel repairs to manufacturer standards

* Repair and replace vehicle panels using approved methods

* Maintain strong quality, safety, and efficiency levels

* Work effectively as part of a professional workshop team

Requirements

* Level 3 qualification in Panel Beating

* Experience with in an accident repair environment

* High standards of workmanship and attention to detail

* A consistent, quality-driven approach

Salary and Benefits

* Basic salary up to £50,000

* Efficiency-based bonus scheme averaging £6,000–£7,000

* Monday to Friday dayshift only

* Flexible hours within a 6:30am–4:30pm operating window

* No weekends

* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and LSL
