We are looking for an enthusiastic Relief Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our vibrant team at Northbourne Court. You'll play a key role in creating a fun, stimulating environment where residents can enjoy a rich social life and maintain their independence.

• Organise a variety of social, cultural, and recreational activities, tailored to residents' needs.
• Promote well‑being and engagement through creative activities like music, games, quizzes, exercise, and outings.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and volunteers to support and enrich residents' experiences.

• Caring, compassionate, and creative with the energy to inspire and engage.
• Experience in recreational activities and a passion for making every day enjoyable.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
