Electrical Contract Manager

Position: Electrical Contract Manager (Permanent)
Senior Estimator / Contracts Manager - Electrical Installations
Package: £70k-80k+

covering the city & Kent areas
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong electrical installation background to manage contracts, lead estimating activities,
1. Manage electrical installation contracts from tender through completion
2. Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and costings for new and ongoing projects
3. Maintain and grow an existing client base, securing repeat business and identifying new opportunities
4. Technical discussions, and tender submissions
5. Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
6. Collaborate with internal teams to support operational delivery
7. Track KPIs, margins, and pipeline performance
Requirements:

* MUST DRIVE / OWN CAR expenses paid

* Strong background in electrical installations (commercial/industrial preferred) strong electrical installation knowledge / background

* Experience as a Contracts Manager and/or Estimator

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
