This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Design Engineer to join a growing New Product Development team within a well-established manufacturing business operating in the healthcare sector.

You ll be supported by experienced engineers and exposed to the full product lifecycle from initial concepts and 3D modelling through to testing, refinement and manufacture. It s a hands-on role with genuine progression for someone keen to learn and develop their engineering career.

The role includes:

Supporting the design and development of new products for international markets (including the US)

Creating and modifying 3D models using Solid Works

Assisting with product drawings, specifications and technical documentation

Supporting product testing and validation activities and making design amendments

Working closely with manufacturing, quality and operations teams

Gaining exposure to regulated product design within a healthcare environment

Occasional overseas collaboration as your experience develops

What we re looking for:

A degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or a related discipline

Graduate-level candidates or those with 1 2 years design engineering experience

Some experience using Solid Works (academic or commercial)

A practical, hands-on mindset with an interest in seeing designs beyond CAD

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
