Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established manufacturing company in their search for a Shunter Driver to work in their leading facility in Shrewsbury
.
- £29,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 13:30pm-22:00pm
- Permanent position
- 40 hour week contract
- Salary review every April
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Ability to buy more holidays
- Friendly working environment
- Free on‑site parking
- Company will cover cost of refreshed CPC in future
- Route planning (using computer‑based program)
- Loading wagons and vans
- Moving stock
- Head of loading
- Shunting wagons to second warehouse, also in Shrewsbury
- General warehousing
- Support in other departments
- Previous experience loading vehicles – ESSENTIAL
- Computer‑based experience – ESSENTIAL
- Experience as a warehouse operative – ESSENTIAL
- Driving licence, class 2 licence and transport – ESSENTIAL
