A leading social care provider is seeking a Leaving Care Personal Adviser to support care-experienced young people aged 16 to 21, or up to 25. The role involves acting as a case manager, promoting independence and guiding them in essential life skills. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business use insurance. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two office days per week.
A £250 referral bonus is available for successful candidate referrals.
