• Manage a caseload of families under Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection Plans (CPP), Public Law Outline (PLO), court proceedings, and special orders.
• Conduct home visits to assess and support families in need.
• Attend core group meetings to collaborate with other professionals and ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Prepare detailed court reports and documentation essential for legal proceedings.
• Provide comprehensive case management to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families.
