Position: Electrician with IPAF
Location: Shropshire

Electrician - Shropshire

Commercial - Renewables - Solar PV installation project

Temporary position, 1 month contract

A great opportunity to start a temporary role as a commercial  electrician servicing a temporary solar installation project in Shropshire.
To start ASAP.

Day to day:

Installing and commissioning solar PV electrical system.
Running cables.
Working with inverters.
Connecting boards.
Communicate and work with design team, project managers.
Site safety, helping to maintain a safe working environment.
To bring any risks to the attention of the company management.

Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 electrician.
18th Edition.
JIB/ECS/CSCS card.
2391 test and inspection (Preferable but not essential)
AM2 (Preferable but not essential)
IPAF (Preferable but not essential)
Previous experience as an electrician is essential.
Previous experience within the renewables sector is essential.
Good timekeeping.
To conduct ones self professionally at all times.
To maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
