• Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and by phone.
• Build rapport to understand their needs and recommend suitable options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Negotiate deals and close sales in a professional manner.
• Meet and exceed personal and team targets.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying journey.

• Previous sales experience within automotive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• A team player with a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
