Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Chartered Surveyor or Planning Consultant based in Shrewsbury. The role involves delivering professional surveying or planning consultancy services to clients, preparing valuations, conducting property assessments, and providing property‑related advice for residential, agricultural, and commercial projects. Additional tasks include supporting planning applications, managing development projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet client needs and project goals is integral to the role.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in property valuations, assessments, and rural estate management
  • Proficiency in planning consultancy, project management, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build lasting client relationships
  • Relevant professional qualifications, e.g., RICS or RTPI accreditation, are preferred
  • Familiarity with local and national property regulations and policies
  • Proficiency in using property management systems and related technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Surveying, Town Planning, or Property Management
