Stock condition Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site Stock Condition Surveyor role. The primary responsibilities include inspecting and assessing the condition of housing properties, collecting and analyzing data related to building maintenance, and documenting findings comprehensively. The Stock Condition Surveyor will also liaise with tenants and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and address property-related concerns.

• Proven experience in property inspection and condition survey processes
• Knowledge of building maintenance standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical skills for accurate data collection and reporting
• Proficiency in using relevant software for documenting and analyzing property conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with tenants and colleagues
• Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
• Degree or certification in a relevant field such as Building Surveying or Property Management is desirable
