What You Will Do:

Complete electrical fitting, assembly, integration, and test tasks for vehicles in line with manufacturing instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.

Ensure the integrity of vehicle systems, sub-systems, and line replaceable units (LRUs) through basic tests and fault finding.

Read and interpret technical drawings to understand specifications and materials required for tasks.

Complete technical reports and support the Quality department as needed.

Maintain a safe and efficient working area, adhering to 5S requirements and production schedules.

Perform crane operation and lifting tasks following safe working practices.

The role will be working a rotational shift pattern consisting of 6am/2pm Monday to Friday then 2pm-12 midnight Monday to Thursday. Friday off. Basic salary of £38,056 plus 20% shift allowance (£45,667) with an excellent benefit package on offer.

What You Will Bring:

Level 3 qualification in Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent experience.

Significant assembly experience in a mechanical engineering or production environment within a similar industry.

Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.

To be able to pass UK MOD 'SC' security clearance.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team or independently.

A motivated, disciplined work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset.

Location:
