Berry Farming is a farm dedicated to the production of soft fruit. Our site was formed in 2019 and we are working hard to become a leading producer of strawberries and blackberries grown on our nursery based in Ford at West Sussex. Specialising in the production and supply of top-quality soft fruits grown in the most sustainable way possible, Wicks Farm is a genuinely innovative and forward-thinking business.

We are now set for major expansion which will soon significantly increase our crops.

We are now looking for a number of Seasonal General Workers for a minimum of 3 month fixed‑term contracts to work in the glasshouses.

• Follow the instructions of Farm manager, Production manager, Team leader
• Picking crop, piecework/hourly, packing fruits
• General husbandry
• Potting /planting and husbandry operations are being carried out whilst helping to maintain the required daily output and quality
• Ensure that a positive attitude to the Company and its goals are maintained at all time, ensuring that all issues are dealt with as appropriate
