Factory Operative

Overview

JAM Staffing Solutions are seeking motivated Factory Workers to join our manufacturing client in Shrewsbury. This role involves handling, checking and overall care of finished windows frames.

Pay: £12.21ph

Hours:

05:30-14:00 Monday-Friday

• Load and unload bespoke products on and off a production Line
• Assist with the assembly, packaging, or processing of products as required.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times during shifts
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
• Support team members in achieving production targets and deadlines

• Previous experience in a factory environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
• Good organisational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
