Site based role based commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Newport, Whitchurch, Ironbridge, Broseley,

£33,733 + 4 of 4 off shift + Weekly pay + Overtime (1.5x) Structured Training + Pension + Health Cash Plan + Life Assurance + Avg Holiday Pay + Tech Schemes + 4 Weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays

• Working as part of a production team on state-of-the-art automated machinery
• Performing line changeovers, fault finding, and hands-on problem solving to maintain output
• 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern - covering both days and nights

• Experience working within a production, FMCG, or processing environment
• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving ability
• A driven individual looking for structured training and long-term career progression
