Regional Recruitment Services are working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing company who are looking to recruit Punch Operators and Press Brake Operators, with an excellent opportunity for multi-skilled candidates trained on both machines. This is a long‑term, stable role within a modern manufacturing environment, operating industry-leading Amada and Trumpf machinery.

• Operating Amada Punch Presses and/or Amada & Trumpf Press Brakes
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings via Windchill
• Carrying out quality checks (QC) to ensure components meet specifications
• Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Operating a counterbalance forklift (where applicable)
• Maintaining a flexible, proactive approach within the production team

• Rotating shifts: 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00
• Monday to Friday

Punch Operator OR Press Brake Operator:

• £27,276.45 per annum
• Plus 10% shift allowance
• Plus 8.33% annual bonus

Multi‑Skilled (Punch & Press Brake):

• £27,877.06 per annum
• Plus 10% shift allowance
• Plus 8.33% annual bonus

• Experience operating Amada punch presses and/or press brakes
• Ability to read and understand drawings using Windchill
• Good attention to detail and quality control awareness
• Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
• Counterbalance forklift licence desirable (not essential)
