Site based role based commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Newport, Whitchurch, Ironbridge and Broseley.

£33,700 rising to £43k through structured training + 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern (Days & Nights) + Weekly Pay + Overtime (1.5x) + Structured Training + Pension + Health Cash Plan + Life Assurance + Avg Holiday Pay + Tech Schemes + 4 Weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays.

• Dedicated training program to develop your skills and abilities
• Working in a state of the art food manufacturing environment
• Progression opportunities within an internationally renowned market leader
• Manage a team of Operators responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of specialist FMCG machinery
• Monitor outputs and analysis of the machines, ensuring Operators are working to required standards
• Participate in a structured development program to enhance your skills and progress in the company
• Working a rotating shift pattern of 2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights
