As Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing day‑to‑day workshop activities, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
• Leading and motivating a team of skilled technicians and operatives.
• Managing workflow, job allocation, and prioritisation to meet deadlines.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement for parts and materials.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
