Job Title

Cleaner (Morning Shift)

Percy Throwers Garden Centre in Shrewsbury.

3–4 hours per morning, including weekends on a rota basis.

Part‑time.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team at Percy Throwers Garden Centre.

• Cleaning and sanitising customer areas, including entrances, shop floor, café seating areas, and restrooms.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Cleaning windows, glass doors, and display surfaces.
• Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting stock shortages.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to management.

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Flexible to work weekends on a rota basis.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.
