An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly reputable law firm in Shrewsbury. This is a full-time permanent position offering hybrid working, flexibility around hours and excellent career progression. 4 days would be considered.

The Role - Commercial Property Solicitor

Due to succession planning our client is looking for a highly regarded Shropshire based Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team. You will directly alongside a Partner with plenty of scope for progression into a leadership role. You will handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions
• Commercial leases
• Agricultural property transactions
• Residential and commercial development projects

You will join a supportive team made up of three Solicitors, Legal Assistants and Secretarial Support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service to clients.

About You:

Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with:

• 3 years' PQE in commercial property law
• Strong technical knowledge and case-handling ability
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• Excellent client care skills
