Paralegal – Private Client team

• Supporting fee‑earners with Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration matters
• Preparing initial drafts of documents and letters
• Assisting with gathering information for probate applications and IHT forms
• Managing client onboarding, s and file opening
• Liaising with clients, executors and beneficiaries to obtain information
• Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Providing administrative support to the wider team
• Helping ensure the smooth running of the department

• Some exposure to Private Client work
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident, professional communication style
• Comfortable working in an office‑based environment
• Keen to learn, develop and support a busy team
