Private Client Legal Executive

Shrewsbury (hybrid) Salary:
Competitive and dependent on experience

Contract:

Permanent, full‑time

• Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters under supervision or independently, depending on experience
• Drafting Wills, LPAs and associated documentation
• Assisting with the administration of estates, including preparing IHT forms and probate applications
• Supporting fee‑earners with trust administration and estate planning work
• Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries and third‑party professionals
• Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Providing clear, empathetic communication to clients throughout their matter
• Contributing to the smooth running of the department and supporting colleagues as required

• Experience in Private Client work (Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
