Job Title: Children's Residential Care Team Leader
Location: SY12, near Bagley, Shrewsbury
Salary: Base £28,496 per annum plus £7,000 to £8,000 in sleep pay = Take Home of £36,496
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.70

Required:
Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or enrolled/completed Level 3 Residential Childcare

Proven supervisory experience required within a Children's Residential

- Number of Beds: 5 Bed Home that will be run as a 4 Bed
- Location: Rural SY12, near Shrewsbury
- Type of YPs: Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs
- Ofsted Rating: New Home – opening Summer 2025

You must be able to lead shifts, administer medication, and provide high-quality emotional and physical support for our young people. You’ll be part of shaping a brand-new home and building a nurturing, safe environment.

- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent.
- You only have experience in Healthcare, NHS, CQC, or as a Nursery Practitioner.
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available.
- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
