Endoscopy Patient Booker

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Patient Booker / Pathway Coordinator who has experience within Endoscopy. This is a fantastic opportunity to support vital NHS services on a temporary basis, with an immediate start available.

• Coordinate patient appointments and booking pathways in line with NHS protocols
• Liaise effectively with clinical and administrative teams
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry onto NHS systems
• Support patients with appointment queries and rescheduling

• Previous NHS booking experience is required
• Experience with in Endoscopy setting
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Knowledge or experience in endoscopy pathways
