Interim Head of Finance

Global Accounting Network are partnering with an award-winning real estate client who are looking for an interim Head of Finance to join ASAP. As Head of Finance, this role will report into the Finance Director and have plenty of interaction with the CFO.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the month-end close and reporting processes, including commentary & variance analysis Prepare monthly Management and Board Reports Produce the business plan, annual budget, forecasts and half-year reforecast submissions Produce and submit the monthly 5-year rolling Business Plan Forecast Support the FD with balance sheet integrity and working capital management Prepare financial planning and scenario modelling Provide clear financial analysis for tender opportunities and commercial recommendations Own the Finance Process and Control Framework Manage and develop a team of two Ad hoc commercial finance tasks Ideal Candidate:
Fully Qualified Accountant Prior experience running month end & budget processes

Experience with long term capital projects Real Estate & House building experience would be beneficial
