Accounts Assistant – Telford

Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

• Processing supplier invoices and expense receipts / claims.
• Sales invoicing.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Processing credit card statements / receipts and balancing.
• Checking entries in the accounting software to ensure invoices are correctly categorised and VAT is entered correctly.
• Putting together and monitoring cashflows.

• Experience with the duties listed above.
• Good knowledge of VAT, cashflow and budgeting.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a big advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with people at all levels.
