SOS Group Ltd is recruiting an experienced Site Manager / Site Agent on a freelance basis for a respected UK civil engineering contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure projects nationwide. You will be joining a team known for its excellence, strong client relationships, and diverse project portfolio across all sectors of Civils Infrascructure.

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations across civil engineering projects
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within agreed budgets
• Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors, operatives, plant, and materials
• Implement and monitor health, safety and environmental standards
• Liaise with clients, local stakeholders, and supply chain partners
• Ensure quality workmanship and robust documentation throughout delivery

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Site Agent within civil engineering
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Thorough knowledge of CDM and HSEQ best practice
• Ability to interpret drawings, programmes and method statements
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently on freelance terms
