Location: South East, UK (International Travel)

Salary: £45,000-£60,000

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle for a range of marine‑based AV and automation installations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing end‑to‑end AV and automation projects within superyacht and luxury marine environments.
• Coordinating engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders to set expectations and ensure successful outcomes.
• Overseeing installation, integration, testing, and project handovers.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, schedules, and project plans using Microsoft Project.
